Jupiter allows loan officers to securely add their personal credit vendor credentials and use them to pull credit reports directly within the platform. At this time Xactus and Advantage Credit are the two supported credit vendors. Support for additional vendors will be added soon.
Important: An existing account with the credit vendor is required before adding them to Jupiter. Please contact the vendor directly to create your account.
With this feature, you can:
Add your credit vendor credentials to your Jupiter account
Pull credit reports directly from a loan application
Select which credentials to use for each borrower
Submit credit reports to lenders as part of the loan process
How to add a credit vendor
1. Click on your Initials or picture on the top right of the screen and open "Your Account".
2. Select "Credit vendor settings" from the left menu.
3. Click on "Add credit vendor".
4. Select the credit vendor from the dropdown menu and enter your user name and password then "Save" .
Once saved, your credentials will be securely stored in your Jupiter account.
How to use credit vendors in a loan application
After adding your credit vendor:
Open any loan application
When pulling credit, you will be able to select which saved credit vendor and credentials you want to use
Credit can then be pulled and included in the loan file for lender submission
This allows flexibility if multiple team members or credential sets are available.
