This article walks through how to set up your credit vendor credentials and pull a full credit report on a loan in Jupiter if you are submitting directly to Rocket Pro, you can pull both individual and joint full credit reports on the application.

Note: You have the option to order full credit after you’re done ordering a soft credit report should you wish.

How to set up your credit vendor credentials

Before pulling credit, make sure your credit vendor credentials are configured.

1. Navigate to the "Settings" page.

2.Click "Team members" on the left menu.

3. Select your name from the list.

4. Scroll to "Credit vendor settings" on the left menu.

5. Click on "Add credit vendor".

6. Select your credit vendor from the drop down menu and enter your log in credentials and save.

Once saved, the credit vendor will be available for use on your account.

Note: If you are using Rocket Pro, you can use the credit credentials already associated with your Rocket Pro account.

How to pull credit in a loan application

1. Navigate to the"Loans" section.

2. Select the loan from the dashboard .

3. Click on "Application" and then choose "Credit & liabilities" from the top menu.

Here you will see the status of the consent to pull credit. If consent has not been captured the option to pull credit will be greyed out and not available.

Important: If borrower consent has not yet been captured but you obtained it outside of the application you can capture that consent information in this section.

1. Click on "Capture consent".

2. Select "I already have consent from this client "(if applicable).

3. Choose the type of consent obtained ie, via phone call, email etc.

4. Enter the date.

5. Click "Save".

Note: You also have the option to "request a signed credit consent document" from the borrower in this step should you wish.
