This article walks you through how to review and submit a loan in Jupiter, including validating the application, selecting products, and submitting the deal to Rocket Pro.
When to Submit a Loan
Once you have:
Completed the full loan application
Collected all required borrower information
Reviewed the deal structure
You’re ready to review pricing and submit the loan to Rocket Pro.

How to access Rocket Pro from the loan file
1. Open the loan file you want to submit.
2. At the top of the loan, click on "Rocket Pro" and .log directly into your Rocket Pro account. From Rocket Pro, you can:
Review available products
Confirm pricing
Identify the best solution for your client
Once you’ve selected your product and pricing, return to Jupiter to submit the loan.
Note: ✅ Your account is typically pre-configured by your account manager, including Rocket Pro authentication.
How to submit a loan to Rocket Pro
1. Open the loan file
2. Click on "Submit" from the left menu
3. In the "Submission requirements" section, you will see the required validations.
Click on a validation error to jump directly to the section of the application that needs to be updated.
Make the necessary changes (for example, adding a missing phone number).
Return to the "Submit" section once complete.
Important: All required validations must be resolved before submission.
5. Scroll down to review the "Loan submission" to review the Loan Submission Summary.
This shows:
Borrower and loan details
What information will be sent to Rocket Pro
This is your final checkpoint to ensure accuracy.
5. When you are satisfied with the submission click on "Submit to Rocket Pro" to submit the loan. If your Rocket Pro authentication is set up correctly, you’ll see available lender products displayed. The submission will process, and a loading indicator will appear.
After submission:
The loan will appear in the "Submission history" section
You’ll see the submission status, date, and time
The loan will also appear in your Rocket Pro pipeline.
Important: After submitting from Jupiter:
The loan will appear in Rocket Pro as unregistered
Navigate to "Unregistered Files" in Rocket Pro
Open the file and complete the remaining steps to register the loan
Registration is required to officially begin the process with Rocket.
How to resubmit a loan
Note: Resubmitting the loan will create a new loan submission.
To resubmit a loan, simply click the “Submit to Rocket Pro” again.
Addressing submission errors
1. If the Loan officer does not have an NMLS ID
