Jupiter provides access to broker owners / brokerage managers or compliance managers to their brokers Jupiter accounts through the Control Center. Here you can manage your brokerage details, set-up automatic TRID detection for all teams in your organization, add forms and integrations in your organization. You also can view team's loans and access their team settings.
Important: In order to obtain access to the control center on Jupiter you must be set up as an organization administrator. If you don't see the option to Manage organization on your account please reach out to your account manager should you require access.
How do I access the control center?
1. Click on your name or initials on the top right and select Manage organization .

How do I edit the organization details?
1. Click on your name or initials on the top right and select Manage organization . You will be taken to the control center.

2. To review or change the brokerage details click on Org settings from the top menu.

3. Under Organization details you can edit your organization's name and the organization owner. You can also add the primary Jupiter admin who is the person who will be mainly responsible for managing Jupiter for your organization and will serve as the first point of contact for Jupiter support staff if there is an issue or important update.

4. Click on Save changes.
How do I turn on automatic TRID detection for all teams in an organization?
1. Click on your name or initials on the top right and select Manage organization . You will be taken to the control center.

2. To review or change the brokerage details click on Org settings from the top menu.

3. Select Loan from the left menu.

4. Turn the toggle from no to yes in the Trid detection section.

5. Should you wish to allow teams to override this setting. If enabled, team managers will be able to change this setting for their team

6. Click on Save changes.
How do I add forms to an organization?
1. Click on your name or initials on the top right and select Manage organization . You will be taken to the control center.

3. Click on Forms from the left menu.

4. Click on Create your first form requirement

5. Select the generated form you wish to add for all teams in your brokerage from the dropdown menu.

6. Click on Save
7. Continue to add more forms by clicking on Add form requirements.

How do I edit and archive/unarchive a form?
1. Click on your name or initials on the top right and select Manage organization . You will be taken to the control center.

2. To review or change the brokerage details click on Org settings from the top menu.

3. Click on Forms from the left menu.

4. Select the form from the list you wish to edit and click on Edit

5. To archive, select the form you wish to archive and click on Archive

6. Should you wish to view or unarchive a form you can do so by clicking on Show archived

7. The form can then be unarchived should you wish. Once it is unarchived it will appear in your list of forms.

How do I access a team from the control center?
1. Click on your name or initials on the top right and select Manage organization . You will be taken to the control center.

2. Select Teams from the top menu

3. Click on the team name you wish to access. You will be taken into the team's dashboard.where you can view deals and team set-up.

How do I find a loan in the control center?
1. Click on your name or initials on the top right and select Manage organization . You will be taken to the control center.

2. Click on Org loans from the top menu

3. All of the organization's loans will be displayed. Here you can sort and filter or search by the loan ID or by name or email.

4. Once you locate the loan, click on the loan ID to be taken into the loan. The borrower's name(s) and team name will also be displayed.
