Your data, your control: how Jupiter handles privacy in the Rocket era
We understand that data privacy is one of the most important considerations for mortgage professionals. This article explains what information is shared within the Rocket family of companies, what remains private, and how Jupiter protects borrower information.
What information is shared with Rocket?
Lendesk may share the following information with Rocket:
Account and licensing information
Business affiliation details
Platform usage data
Anonymized and aggregated platform statistics
What is not shared with Rocket?
The following information is not shared with Rocket:
Borrower personal information
Loan files and supporting documents
Your individual lender submission activity
Your pipeline, production, or deal volume data
Borrower data is only shared when you choose to submit
Being part of the Rocket family of companies does not give Rocket access to your loan files or borrower information.
"Borrower information collected through a Mortgage Professional's loan files is only shared with a lender at the point the Mortgage Professional submits that specific application to that lender." — Jupiter Privacy Policy
Borrower information collected through Jupiter is only shared with a lender when you explicitly submit a specific application to that lender, whether that lender is Rocket Pro or another lending partner.
There is no automated or ongoing sharing of your pipeline data with Rocket.
