How to change your login email

Need to update the email you use to sign in to Jupiter? You can change it yourself anytime from your account settings. Here's how it works and what to keep in mind.


How to enter personal details into "Your account"

  1. When logged into Jupiter, hover over your initials or picture on the top right hand of the screen and click on 'Your account'.

2. Scroll down the page until you find the "Email and password" section.

3. Enter your new work email in the field provided, then enter it a second time to confirm.

4. Enter your current password to verify the change. Click on "Save changes".

When you save, Jupiter checks that your password is correct, that the new email is different from your current one, and that it isn't already in use by another user.

Click the link in that email to confirm the change and regain access to Jupiter.

⚠️ Important: Changes to your email address require confirmation via email. You will be unable to use the system until this is complete. After saving, you'll be signed into a 'verify your account' state and a confirmation email will be sent to your new address.


Can everyone change their login email this way?

Most loan officers can update their own login email through the steps above, but there are a few exceptions to be aware of. As a loan officer, you can change your own login email at any time. This always requires your current password, and the change won't take effect until you confirm the new address by email.

A team admin or manager can also change another loan officer's email on their behalf. In this case no password is required, but the loan officer will still need to re-confirm the new address via email before it becomes active.

Finally, you can't change the email for someone who was invited but hasn't yet registered, the form will be disabled. Instead, send them a fresh invitation from your team settings.

💡 Tip: If you need to change the email for someone who hasn't registered yet, head to your team settings and send them a new invitation rather than editing their account.
