To connect Jupiter with Zapier, you’ll need to generate a Zapier integration token from your Jupiter settings.
This token allows Zapier to securely connect to your Jupiter account and access your configured workflows and automation actions.
Who can generate a token?
Only users with Team Manager or Organization Admin permissions can generate Zapier integration tokens. Regular team members will not see the Integrations section in Settings.
Where do I find the Zapier token?
Zapier tokens are located in the Integrations section of Jupiter settings.
The location depends on whether you want the token to apply to:
A single team
Your entire organization
How do I obtain a token for one specific team?
1. Click on Settings from the top menu on your dashboard.
2. Select Integrations.
3. Scroll down to Zapier and click on Generate new token.

4. A popup window will display your new token. Copy the token immediately.
Important: Jupiter only displays the token once. After closing the popup, the same token cannot be viewed again.
How do I obtain a token for your entire organization?
1. Click on your initials or picture on the top right menu on your dashboard and choose Manage organization.
2. Select Org settings from the top menu.
3. Select Integrations
4. Scroll down to Zapier and click on Generate new token.

5. A popup window will display your new token. Copy the token immediately.
Important: Jupiter only displays the token once. After closing the popup, the same token cannot be viewed again.
How do I connect Jupiter to Zapier?
When setting up the Jupiter app inside Zapier:
Add the Jupiter app to your Zap.
Choose Connect an Account.
Paste your generated token into the API Key field.
Click Continue.
Zapier will verify the token and establish the connection with Jupiter.
How do I manage or revoke existing tokens?
The Integrations page displays all generated tokens, including:
Creation date
Current status

If a token is no longer needed or has been compromised:
1. Click Revoke beside the token.
2. Confirm the action.

Important: Once revoked, the token is permanently disabled and can no longer be used.
Can I generate more than one Zapier token?
You can generate multiple Zapier tokens.
Many teams create separate tokens for:
Different Zap workflows
Testing environments
Production environments
Individual integrations
