Save time and keep your messaging consistent by creating reusable communication templates in Jupiter.
What is the message template library?
Brokers communicate with borrowers at multiple stages throughout the loan lifecycle. When managing several files at once, this often means repeating the same messages over and over.
The "Template Library" in Jupiter solves this by allowing you to:
Create and save reusable message templates
Automatically populate borrower and loan details using placeholders
Quickly apply templates to borrower communications
⚠️ Note: Templates are user-specific. Each loan officer manages their own templates—these are not shared across team members.
