Important: You must be an organization admin on Jupiter and you must also be an administrator in your Rocket Pro account in order to authenticate the sync between Jupiter and Rocket Pro.

FAQ's and Troubleshooting

I do not have a Rocket Pro account

Click here to fill out a form to sign up for a Rocket Pro account. There is a contact phone number for Rocket to assist you on the sign up page should you need assistance.

I did not receive an email or the link provided to authorize the Jupiter/Rocket sync isn't working.

Please click this link to be taken to the login page where you will be prompted to login to Rocket Pro. Once you've successfully authenticated, your accounts will be fully linked.

Note: You must be an organization admin in both Jupiter and Rocket Pro accounts in order to authenticate the sync. If this is not you, reach out to the organization admin in your brokerage to perform the authentication.

My organization has synced our accounts but I am getting an error when trying to access Rocket Pro's pricing and products

Below are the most common errors:

Error 1: Authentication with Rocket failed. Your Rocket Pro connection needs to be reconnected.

This means that the Organization has previously been connected to Rocket Pro but the connection is now broken and needs to be connected again. Please contact the LO in your brokerage who previously connected their Jupiter Organization to Rocket Pro and re-do the process. Click this link to re-sync the accounts.

Error 2: No wholesale products were returned for the LO's NMLS ID.

This error means the loan officer has a configuration mismatch between Jupiter and Rocket Pro or the loan officer does not have wholesale products configured on Rocket Pro.

Please verify you have the correct NMLS ID in Jupiter . If that is correct then it is likely that your Rocket Pro account is not set up for wholesale products. Reach out to Rocket Pro to verify or change your accessibility by clicking on the chat button in Rocket Pro.

Error 3: Loan does not have a properly configured loan officer

This means there is no one with a Loan Officer designation assigned to the loan and/or the user does not have a loan officer role.

How to add your NMLS and change your role to a loan officer

  1. Click on your initials or image on the top right of the screen.

  2. Select "Your account"

  3. Select "Security" on the left menu

  4. Scroll down to ""Loan officer and license details" and move the toggle from "No" to "Yes".

5. Enter your NMLS ID.

6. Click on "Save changes".

How to add a loan officer to a deal

1. Click into the "Overview" section of the loan

2. On the right side under "Loan assignment" click on "Edit details".

3. From the dropdown menu under "Additional team members working on the deal" select the loan officer.

4. Click on "Save changes".

Error 4: Rocket Pro has not been set up for your organization

This means your organization on Jupiter has not completed the authentication step with Rocket Pro

Contact your brokerage’s organization administrator to complete the Rocket Pro integration.

Error 5: Products could not be loaded. Please refresh the page or try again later.

Jupiter is still able to connect to Rocket, but the connection is not behaving as expected. Try refreshing the page or try again later. If after trying again or later the problem has not resolved. Please click on the chat button in Jupiter to speak to our CS team.
