With QR Code SMS in Jupiter you can send perfectly crafted group text messages to your selected borrowers in just a few clicks.
Important: Your borrowers must have cell phone numbers entered in their profile in order to use QR Code SMS.
What Is QR Code SMS?
QR Code SMS allows you to:
Select a group of borrowers from within an application and send one communication.
Open a pre-filled SMS message on your phone with recipients and message ready to send
Automatically log the message in Jupiter for compliance and tracking
It’s fast, simple, and designed to make borrower communication easier than ever.
How to send an SMS message in Jupiter
1. From with the application select "Borrower tools" on the top right menu.
2. Choose the borrower(s) you’d like to message.
3. Type your message.
4. Click on "Send SMS" .
5. A QR code will pop up. Scan the code with your phone.
The QR code will automatically:
Open your phone’s SMS app
Pre-fill the selected borrowers
Insert your message
Tip: Select "Log message" in Jupiter to ensure a copy of your SMS is saved in your activity feed. This keeps your communication documented and compliant.
6. Click on send from your phone . If you've checked off "Log message" on Jupiter, the text will be included in your activity feed in the "Overview" section of the application.
