Adding a Home equity loan is done via a refinance application in Jupiter.
Here's how to do it:
1. Go into the loan application you wish to work on and click on "Application".
2. Scroll down to "Loan information"
3. Set the "Loan purpose" to "Refinance".
4. In the "Cash out purpose" field, choose "Other"
5.Select "Home equity loan" as the "Mortgage type".
6.Choose "Adjustable" as the "Rate type".
7. In the "Amortization type" field select "Interest only".
6. Click on "Save changes".
