Finmo now allows loan officers to enter and manage their own vendor credentials, pull full credit reports in Finmo using their personal accounts, and submit those reports to any lender.

Currently, Xactus is the only credit vendor supported by this feature, though we will be adding support for additional credit vendors soon!

1. Hover your mouse over your account profile in the bottom of the left navigation bar

2. Click on “Your account” in the left navigation bar

3. In the “Credit vendor settings” tab, click on “Add credit vendor” to enter vendor credentials

4. Select a credit vendor from the dropdown menu, and enter your username and password provided to you by the vendor.

5. Click “Save”. The vendor credentials are now added to your account so you can use them when you pull full credit within a loan. You can remove or add multiple credentials as well.

2. Navigate to the "Credit & liabilities" section of the application

3. Ensure you have obtained consent from each borrower to pull credit. You can do this by sending a consent request to the borrower’s email.

4. Once you have obtained consent, click “Order full credit” and select individual or joint credit for the borrower(s) you’d like

5. Select a credit vendor. You’ll have the option to pull credit for free using Rocket’s credentials with Xactus, or you may select your personal credentials.

6. Select the credit provider(s) (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion). Then, click “Order credit”.

7. Click on “View credit report” to open view the full report in a new tab. You can copy and use the credit report reference number to reissue this report to any lender, including Rocket Pro.
