How to archive or unarchive a loan

When a deal is no longer moving forward or you’ve finished your compliance work and don’t want it cluttering your dashboard you can archive it. Archived loans are not deleted. You can bring them back at any time by unarchiving.

Tip: Archiving is a great way to keep your loans dashboard tidy without losing history.


How to archive a loan -condensed view

1. Open the "Loans" dashboard.

2. Find the loan you want to archive and click “+” to expand it.

3. Click "Archive". The loan will disappear from your active list.


How to archive a loan - extended (table) view

1. Open the "Loans" dashboard.

2. Locate the file you wish to archive.

3. Scroll to the far right to locate the "Archive" column.

4. Click the archive icon to archive the loan.


How to find and unarchive a loan - condensed view

1. Open the "Loans" dashboard.

2. Click on "Filter" then check "Archived loans" to display archived items.

3. Locate the loan you want to restore and click “+” to expand.

4. Click "Unarchive". The loan will reappear in your active list.

Note: You can clear your filters to return to your standard loan dashboard at any time.


How to find and unarchive a loan- extended (table) view

1. Open the "Loans" dashboard.

2. Click on "Filter" then check "Archived loans" to display archived items.

3. Find the loan you want to restore and go to the "Archived" column on the right.

4. Click the "up arrow" to unarchive the loan. It will reappear in your active list.

Note: You can clear your filters to return to your standard loan dashboard at any time.
