Finmo makes it easy to assign or remove a loan officer from a loan application. You can:
Assign yourself automatically when creating a loan
Control assignment via the team application link
Add or remove officers manually from the Overview section of a loan
Assigned loan officers will automatically receive notifications when clients start applications, submit, or upload documents.

How do I automatically assign a loan officer via the team application link (team admin)
If you use the team application link (for example, as your “Apply Now” button):
Click on "Loans" on the left menu
Assign the loan officer(s) who should be notified when a new loan starts.
Ensure notifications are turned on so they receive updates immediately. Make sure you have a team email listed in your team settings should you have one.
This ensures loan officers are automatically assigned when borrowers apply via your website.
Note: Assigned loan officers will automatically be notified when clients:
Start a loan application
Submit an application
Upload documents
If enabled, your team email will also receive notifications (configured in Team Settings).
How do I assign myself when creating a loan?
1. Click on "New loan" from the top menu
2. When you create a new loan your name is automatically listed as the main loan officer in the "Who is working on the loan?" section. You can change that to another team member should you wish. You can also add another officer additional team members working on the deal at this stage.
How do I change or add another loan officer to an existing loan?
Open the loan and click "Overview" in the left menu.
Locate the "Loan assignment" section on the right. and click on"Edit details"
3. Add the new loan officer from the drop-down list and click on "Save changes"
How do I remove a loan officer from a loan?
1. Open the loan and click "Overview" in the left menu.
2. Locate the "Loan assignment" section on the right.
3. Click "Edit details"
4. Click the × beside the officer’s name to remove them and click on "Save changes".
