If you are submitting directly to Rocket Pro within Finmo, you can pull both individual and joint soft credit reports on the application.

Note: After generating a soft credit report, you will also have the option to “Order full credit”. The steps to order a full credit report are the exact same as described below.

How do I pull an individual soft credit report?

1. Click on the Application

2. Scroll down to the "Credit & liabilities" section of the application

3. If you did not receive consent to pull credit, a pop up will appear allowing you to send a consent request to the borrower’s email.

4. Once you have received consent, click “Order soft credit” for the borrower you’d like to pull credit for.

6. Select the credit provider(s) (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion). Then, click “Order credit”.

7. The credit bureaus will generate soft credit results and that will now appear in the borrower’s credit bureau profile. You can order full credit if you choose to.

How do I pull a joint soft credit report?

Finmo also offers the option to pull a joint soft credit report between two borrowers if you have received consent from all borrowers. You will still have the option to pull individual credit for each borrower following the steps above.

1. Click on the Application

2. Scroll down to the "Credit & liabilities" section of the application

3. If you did not receive consent to pull credit, please click “Request consent” to send a consent request to the borrower’s email.

The option to pull a joint credit report will only appear once valid consent has been received for two or more borrowers.

4. Once you have received consent, click “Order soft credit” for either borrower you’d like to pull joint credit for.

5. Select “Joint” credit report type and another borrower to pull the joint report with. Then, click “Continue”.

6. Select the credit provider(s) (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion). Then, click “Order credit”.

7. The credit bureaus will generate soft credit results and that will now appear in the borrower’s credit bureau profile. You can order full credit if you choose to.
