How to reset a borrower’s password

If the borrower has forgotten their password, you or the borrower can reset this.

1. Go to the borrower’s personal application link

2. Click 'Forgot password' on the sign-up page

3. Enter the borrower’s email address that was used when they signed up.

The borrower should receive an email like this with your team name/logo and team details:
