Jupiter helps you keep your documents organized in one place. If you received mortgage documents in person or e-mail, you can manually upload them into a borrower's application.
How to manually upload a borrower’s documents from email if you have not yet requested the document
1. Open the borrower's existing loan.
2. Select the “Documents" tab in the left navigation bar and click on "Upload document:

3. Choose the document type, borrower and document status of the document you’re uploading.
4. Drag and drop the document or choose the file you wish to upload and then click on “Upload document”.

The document request and status will now show up in the list of documents for that borrower(s) on the "Documents" page.
How to manually upload a borrower’s documents from email if you have already requested the document
1. Click the document request from the borrower's requested documents.
2. Drag and drop or choose the correct file.
3. Click “Accept” if you have reviewed the document or "Needs attention" if that document needs to be reviewed by the borrower.
The document request and status will now show up in the list of "Loan Officer accepted" or under "Needs attention" based on how you marked the status on the "Documents" page.
