Finmo’s pricing calculator connects to Rocket Pro to quickly find the best product options available for your borrowers. Here’s how to get started.
Step 1: Create a pricing scenario in Finmo
1. Select the desired loan you want to work with.
2. Go to the "Pricing and products" in the top navigation bar. In the pop up, you’ll see a summary of the mortgage details entered in the application.
3. Review the application information and adjust any details if needed.
4. Click on the “View pricing scenario” which will direct you to the Rocket Pro login screen.
Step 2: Rocket Pro pricing scenario screen
1. Log into the Rocket Pro portal with your credentials.
2. Once authenticated, you will be directed to the search results with the available products that show based on the mortgage details you entered within Finmo.
Step 3: Compare different products
1. Select the products you wish to compare and continue to view the rates table. You can compare up to 3 products at once.
2. Select your desired pricing option.
3. Click “View Fees” at the bottom to view all the fees associated with the loan.
4. Continue to view your pricing summary.
Step 4: Enter pricing information back into Finmo
Once you have your pricing summary in Rocket Pro:
1. Navigate back to the application section in Finmo
2. Update the “Loan information” section with the information from your pricing summary.
