1. After submitting a loan in Finmo, click on the “Go to Rocket Pro” button to launch Rocket Pro.
2. Fill in any outstanding information required for the application.
Note: Information entered in Finmo will be mapped and transferred to Rocket Pro.
Reissuing Credit
To reissue credit, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the "Credit" section in the left navigation bar.
2. Select the "Reissue" option and choose "Xactus" from the dropdown menu.
3. Copy the credit number from the Finmo submission page and paste it into the "Credit Report Reference Number" field.
4. Click "Get Credit".
5. Once the credit check is complete, download the credit report by clicking "View Credit Report".
Submit and register loan
Once all required information has been completed, click "Send Disclosures and Register Loan" to officially submit your loan application.
After submission, the loan will be available in the "Pipeline" tab, where you can track its status.
