Jupiter gives you the ability to reflect your brand by customizing your borrower portal theme.
Note: You must be a team administrator in order to make these customizations as you require access to your "Team Settings"
Following these tips will help you create a branded and good experience for your borrowers.
How to access customization in your borrower portal
To access, click "Settings” on the top menu and select "Borrower portal".

This will take you to the "Borrower portal" page where you can customize your theme and color combinations.

How to pick the correct primary and secondary colors
For the primary and secondary colors, we recommend you pick colors that most represent your brand.
If you are unsure of the exact color code for your colors you can find them by uploading your logo to https://color.adobe.com/create/image (this is a 3rd party website not affiliated with Jupiter).
Tip: Remember the primary color will be predominant on your borrower portal, so make sure to pick a color that is not overwhelming and is easily distinguishable on a white background.
How to ensure your application page is readable
It’s very important that all elements have enough contrast between the text and background colors so it can be easily read by anyone. You can choose between black or white text on top of every color, check the theme preview at the bottom to make sure text is visible in all your colors before saving your theme.
Using dark colors
Using light colors
How to follow conventions
We recommend you use tones of green/blue for your success color and avoid reds as this can be confusing to users.
Equally when choosing your error color try using tones that are associated with warnings such as red or orange.
How to test your theme
As you are building your theme, you can check your color combinations by scrolling down to "Preview your theme colors" to make sure all your colors and text have good contrast and can be read.

After you have saved your new theme, open the borrower portal and navigate around to make sure you haven’t missed anything and it's all looking good.

Of course if you are unhappy with your color choices, you can go back and edit those until you are satisfied. You also have the ability to reset the theme back to the standard default.
