Uploading documents into an application couldn't be easier. If you have received a document request from your loan officer, here's how you upload those requested documents and submit them.

You should receive an email like this:

Then follow these steps:

1. Login into your application to view which documents have been requested.

2. Click on "Go to documents". You will be taken into the portal and shown a list of documents you're being asked to upload.

3. Each borrower is listed on the left. Make sure to select the borrower to view which documents are required for each. Click on “Upload document” to upload a file in most formats.

Note: You don't have to upload all of the documents at once if you don't have access to them. Your loan officer will be notified immediately as you upload them. Make sure you upload each document individually and not as one file with multiple documents.

4. A pop up will open. Drag and drop a file to upload or click on "Choose file" to choose from your saved documents.

5. If you'd like to send a note to your loan officer about the document you can type a note and then click on "Save and upload". Your loan officer will be notified and can view the note alongside your uploaded document.

How to check the status of your uploaded document(s)

Check the status of each document you've submitted to your loan officer by going into your documents portal int he application.

If for some reason the document isn't acceptable, your loan officer will mark it as "Needs attention" with a message indicating why. A document that was uploaded that hasn't been reviewed yet will show as “In review".

After your loan officer reviews and approves the document, it will show in "Broker accepted".

Should you need further help please reach out to your loan officer for guidance.
