Jupiter allows you to export your loan application as either a 1003 (PDF) or MISMO (XML) file at any time.
When exporting a MISMO file, you'll be asked to select the destination. This helps Jupiter generate a file that is optimized for the lender, underwriting tool, pricing engine, or loan origination system you're sending it to, reducing the chance of upload errors.
How do I export a loan and generate a 1003 or MISMO file?
1. Open an existing loan in Jupiter.
The Export feature is available from anywhere within the loan file.
2. Click the “Export” icon on the right hand side of the top navigation bar

3. Select either MISMO (XML) or 1003 (PDF.

Note: If you select 1003 (PDF) you will not be presented with the destination dropdown menu.
4. When exporting a MISMO file, the Select Export Destination window will appear.
Choose the system, lender, or tool where you intend to upload the file. Jupiter uses this selection to generate a MISMO file that matches the destination's formatting requirements.
You can:
Search for a destination using the search bar
Browse destinations grouped by category
Quickly select recently used destinations, which appear at the top of the list

5. Your report will be generated and added into your downloads folder.

What are the destination categories?
Destinations are organized into categories to make them easier to find:

What if I can't find the destination?
If the destination you're looking for isn't listed, select Other.
You'll be prompted to enter the destination name and select the appropriate category. Jupiter will generate a broadly compatible MISMO file that can be used with systems that are not yet available in the destination list.
Note: Our list of supported destinations continues to grow as new lenders and systems are added.
