If you have forgotten your password to log onto Jupiter, there are two ways to reset it. You can go to Reset your password and follow the instructions or click on "Forgot your password" on the login page.
Reset your password using the forgotten password link
1. Navigate to the log in page http://app.jupiterlos.com.
2. If you've forgotten your password click on "Forgot your password" and provide the email address you signed up to Jupiter with and a link to reset will be sent to that email.
💡Tip: Make sure the email you enter is the email you registered with when you signed up for Jupiter. If you don't receive the reset email make sure to check your spam/junk file.
Note: Make sure you bookmark the page for quick access next time you want to sign in on your desktop.
